MADE in Guelph Application 2026-27
If you are interested in applying for 2026-27, we are now accepting applications.

Please follow the instructions below in order to submit your application.

Application Process -

(1) Complete this Google Form. You must fill the form in one sitting. Do not close the computer before pressing 'Submit' or your form may be incomplete.

(2) Send Teacher Reference Form link to two teachers. Ideally one reference would be from your English teacher and one from an Arts teacher. Copy the link and email it to your two teachers to ask if they could be your reference. Teacher Reference Form Link

(3) We will update you on the status of your application as we receive your information. Watch your email for updates.

(4) Wait to hear from us in late March as to your status in the program.

The course fee will NOT be collected until the student has received confirmation of acceptance to the program. Please contact your Guidance Office if financial assistance is required.
