Due to the presence of Covid-19 in our Hong Kong community, the next cycle of MBSR will be offered ONLINE via the ZOOM video platform.
Information Sessions (free of charge ONLINE)
(1.5 hours, free of charge) – this meeting provides a brief intro to mindfulness practices, program history, research, course particulars and Q & A about joining a course. NOTE - It is required of all enrolled participants.

Cathy is a Certified MBSR Teacher from the Brown University Mindfulness Center, USA.
Prior to that, she completed her MBSR teacher Qualifications from the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center (CFM UMASS) where the original MBSR program was developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn and has been researched for 40 years.
