Thank you so much for your interest in working with us this season! We love serving our community and having fun in the process. We have shifts available during the month of March 2024. Every worker will get paid hourly, be provided with snacks/waters and an RL tshirt for their shift. Each shift is 4-7 hrs long, and require that you are physically able to be on your feet for most of that. Paychecks will be made as EChecks on Saturday, March 30th and sent out via Email. Please fill out the form below (with an accurate email) and we will reach out to you within 24-48hrs. We will schedule a quick phone interview and go from there! If we are able to hire you this season, we will have you fill out a few forms at the store during your first shift and we will need a copy of two forms of ID for our records. Below is the breakdown on how early shopping is decided for our employees:
Seasoned Staff working Launch Party: I send the signup link to our seasoned workers first, and they do get the first opportunity to sign up for Friday, March 22nd during Launch party. You will have an opportunity to work this shift after your first season working with us. IF YOU WORK LAUNCH PARTY + A SHIFT DURING SORT OR MOVE OUT you will get to shop during the next tier:
- Friday, March 22nd 3-4:30PM (Free)
Presale weekend Workers: Sign up for a shift during consignor Drop off OR set up AND a shift of Presale weekend (Saturday or Sunday) and shop:
- Friday, March 22nd 5PM (Free)
All other workers: Work at least two shifts during the event month (you do NOT have to work presale weekend) and you get to still shop early. However, you MUST work one shift prior to Friday, March 22nd OR be a consignor to shop during Launch. If you end up being unable to come in for your other shifts, $45 will be deducted from your Paycheck or Consignor check to cover the normal cost of the Launch party ticket. This is just to ensure we don't have people sign up to work just to shop early and then leave the team in a lurch.
