The West Kern Oil Museum reserves the right to remove unsuitable work at any time, including work NOT listed on application during review, or questionable work of any nature. By completing this registration, vendors agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the West Kern Oil Museum. In addition, vendors agree that the West Kern Oil Museum their officials, their employees, or official representatives or volunteers are not responsible for any losses, expenses, demands, claims, or damages to any merchandise, individual or operator of any space during the course of Pioneer Day. Vendors certify that the above is true and correct and agree to abide to the festival information, rules, and regulations.
