KW Kiwanis Music Festival participants must complete this form if they wish to update their repertoire selections or if they would like to add an accompanist or teacher to their registration.
If you selected "TBA" at the time of registration you must complete this form. Please ensure that accurate performance times are included. If you are changing your repertoire selection it should be of a similar length as your original submission. All changes are subject to approval. Repertoire changes may be submitted up to March 15th.
By adding a teacher or accompanist to your registration it will allow them to be included in communications about the class.
You must complete and submit this form for each class registration you wish to update.
