If you were previously enrolled in classes in the previous term and would like to be re-enrolled in the same classes for the next term, please complete the form below.

We will email you to notify you that the payment has been made and the total amount taken. If more than one card is attributed to your account, we will charge the primary card on file. You can view your saved payment method and full transaction history on your Parent Portal account.
