Program Attendance - If you have attended BPI before, or you are a trumpet or bassoon player, you have the option of attending only the second week. If you are new to BPI and can only attend one week of the program, please attend the first week.
Full participant or Auditor? Auditors may pay additionally for private lessons, however may only observe all classes, rehearsals, lectures, and concerts.

PROGRAM, HOUSING, AND LESSON PAYMENT DETAIL
We now have the capability of generating an immediate, emailed letter and invoice to you! Please take a moment to complete the following items so that we may send this to you.

The residence halls can house either one or two people per room, shared bathroom facilities with private shower and toilet stalls, and an unfurnished kitchen at your disposal (you bring utensils, cookware). We supply a linen pack: 2 flat sheets, a pillow and pillowcase, bath towel and wash cloth however, you are also welcome to bring your favorite pillow, towel, etc.  Please bring hangars, and you might like to bring a reading lamp as the rooms have only one ceiling light.

PRIVATE LESSON(S) PAYMENT DETAIL
NEW PRIVATE LESSON TICKET PROCEDURE!
Private lesson tickets ($60 each for a 45-minute lesson) are available for sale now and again in the middle and last Saturday mornings of the program. On both Saturdays, you can submit unused tickets for reimbursement (online payments only) or purchase more tickets if you like.

Please be sure to pick-up your advance tickets at the registration desk, Sunday afternoons upon your arrival.

Optional Private Lesson Tickets - this is your only chance to purchase lesson tickets for the first week of the program. It is recommended that you purchase up to 2 tickets for the first week of the program. The schedule is busy! Those of you who have been to BPI before and know you can schedule more - go ahead!

Furthermore, the registrant gives permission for the registrant to attend all functions and activities connected with the session including any that may be held off-campus. I hereby release Oberlin College and the officers, trustees, employees, agents, and volunteers from all actions, claims, or demands for damages resulting from my participation in the activities, and from liability and damages, injuries, or losses that might be sustained by myself, except those caused by the direct and sole negligence of the aformentioned organizations.

I hereby consent to be photographed and/or videographed for Oberlin College. The resulting photography may be subsequently used without compensation to me by Oberlin College, or third parties for publications (including websites), advertising, and/or publicity purposes at the discretion of the school's Public Relations Office. I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished photography and/or publication use.

All summer programs are subject to the College's public health and Obiesafe policies related to the COVID-19 pandemic. All participants agree to adhere to all College policy while participating in a summer program.
