2020 Frühlingsfest Artist Application Form
The Goethe-Zentrum Atlanta is thrilled to present the second-annual Frühlingsfest (Spring Festival) in partnership with the city of Avondale Estates and the Avondale Estates Downtown Development Authority on March 21, 2020 from 1 pm - 9 pm. This German-style arts festival will feature food vendors, performers, and artists from around the Atlanta area. For artists interested in hosting a booth at the Kunstmarkt (Art Market), we ask that you please complete this form.

Please note: each artist will still be responsible for the $75 booth fee independently. Sharing booths is intended for artists who may not have enough artwork to fill an entire space, or are already friends and want to spend the day selling together.

STEP 4. Wait to hear back about your acceptance / denial. Decisions will be provided via email from outreach@german-institute.org. Please allow this email or check your spam folder regularly. Applications are incomplete and will not be reviewed until STEPS 1-3 are complete. See details below.

More About Image Submission:

- Email 3-5 JPG images that are representative of your work that you plan to show at the event. By sharing these images, you are granting the Goethe-Zentrum Atlanta permission to use the photos on our Participating Artists page (www.goethefruehlingsfest.com/2019-artists for example) and any other promotional materials for the Frühlingsfest.

- In the email subject heading please include Artist’s FIRST and LAST name and FRÜHLINGFEST APPLICATION. i.e: “JOHANN BACH FRÜHLINGFEST APPLICATION”
Fees
There is a non-refundable fee of $75 for hosting a booth at the Frühlingsfest Kunstmarkt. It is due at the time of application and will be returned if you are not accepted into the festival.

Payments can be made online through the Frühlingsfest Vendor Registration page at the link below. You are NOT fully applied to the Frühlingsfest Kunstmarkt until you make this payment.

I understand that Frühlingsfest is an outdoor event and is "rain or shine" and that fees paid are non-refundable.

Terms & Conditions
1) The application process does NOT guarantee participation in the festival.

2) Student artists must be current high school students. Artists under 18 must provide proof of parental permission.

3) If selected, all artists are to provide their own tent, tables, chairs, and other display needs.

Indemnity Agreement
I hereby release and hold harmless the Goethe-Zentrum Atlanta, its staff, its representatives and/or agents, participating venues, from all liabilities and any mishaps that may befall me, my artworks, instruments or equipment during Frühlingsfest. All submission materials, as well as photographs taken before, during, or after the Frühlingsfest are the property of the Goethe-Zentrum Atlanta and may be used for promotional purposes.
