AHS Athletic Hall of Fame Nomination Form
We are excited to have our community nominate future Hall of Fame inductee's.  We hope you want to nominate someone for this HONOR. Arlington High School has had some exceptional ATHLETES, COACHES and CONTRIBUTORS and it is time they are HONORED and CELEBRATED. Please fill out the ENTIRE form and provide as much information as possible about your nominee's experience at Arlington so the committee can make the best selection.  If your nominee doesn't make it on to the INDUCTEE list  for the following year please continue to use this form to nominate them for each year. This will be an annual event. Each year 2-4 nominee's will be selected with the exception of the 1st few years (Fall of 2022 and 2023) 7 were selected.
