1) Dealer Website Change Request Form for Existing Sites
Use this form to request changes for your existing website. If you need a new website or are a new owner, please use the NEW Website Form below.

2) NEW Website Form
For starting a new HD Alliance website, or NEW OWNERS of an existing website.

 ALL STEPS MUST BE COMPLETED
before you will be assigned a developer.

All Non-Centurion Priority dealers will be billed a one-time $500 U.S./ $675 CAN website set-up fee.

Step 1: In The Link (https://thelink.hunterdouglas.com) fill out the business info
Step 2: IMPORTANT - Register a domain and set up the DNS settings
  • Recommend  you register your domain through GoDaddy.com
  • Domain CANNOT contain references to Hunter Douglas. i.e. "HD" or "hunterdouglas"
  • Domain DNS Set Up Instructions - MUST COMPLETE BEFORE MOVING TO STEP 3

3) Hunter Douglas Dealer Social Media Program
Included with a new dealer website is our award winning Hunter Douglas Dealer Social Media program. Dealers who use this program receive 40% more leads than dealers who use the website alone.

4) Admin Access Request Form for Dealer Websites
Use this if you wish to edit your own website and you have your own website vendor.

5) Google Business (GMB)- Helpful Links
For your Google Map and Good Google Reviews to show on your website, you need to have managed your company Google My Business (GMB) listing. This is a free listing service from Google and it must be completed by your company.

6) GALLERY ONLY Extra Page Request Form
As a Gallery dealer we offer a higher level of website service by providing a form for adding extra custom Product and Service pages. However, for basic updates consider using the change request form listed in #1 above.

Hunter Douglas can add a maximum of 5 additional pages per quarter to your alliance website. Any additional changes beyond that, please consider using one of our preferred vendors.
