We recognise that not all children have easy access to dental care. That’s why we’re proud to partner with Give Kids a Smile, to provide free dental check-up appointments to thousands of children across the UK this October and November.

To express your interest, please complete the form below. Kindly note that this is not a booking form. One of our friendly practice team members will contact you directly to arrange your child’s appointment. If you have more than one child, please complete a form for each one. 

Please be aware that the free appointments will only be available on designated dates throughout or close to the October Half Term period. Exact dates will be communicated to you when we contact you.
