I am currently completing an investigation for my SACE Stage 2 Food and Hospitality class, looking at the trend of Australian food and hospitality businesses and cafes roasting their coffee beans in-house, and the benefits, limitations and ramifications of this.
I am gathering primary sources and data from a variety of businesses including businesses that roast their own coffee beans as well as businesses who do not, so please fill out the survey even if your business does not roast their own beans.
