Rotary Disaster Response Grant Opportunity
The Rotary Foundation (TRF) has granted District 5610 $25,000 in Disaster Response Grants to disperse to Rotary Clubs across the District. This form outlines the proposal requirements and process. Only one application per Club will be considered.
Proposal due date is Nov. 30, 2020. Grant awardees will be notified by Dec. 10, 2020. Funds must be used by April 1, 2021, and a grant report is due no later than April 15, 2021 using the form found here:

GRANT REQUIREMENTS. Please check the boxes to verify that you agree to the following requirements:
Must meet terms and conditions outlined in the attached Terms and Conditions for Rotary Disaster Response Grants document.
Must address needs generated by the Covid-19 pandemic, including economic impacts.
Projects must be local--either in your community or a nearby community without a Rotary Club.
It is permissible to partner with another local organization to leverage grant funds.
Funds must be used by April 1, 2021. Maximum award is $2,500.
Preference will be given to projects that include Club participation and/or contributions (cash or in-kind).
The grant project or program should include Rotary signage and enhance the public image of your Rotary Club.
Grant report is due within 14 days following project completion (no later than April 15, 2021).
Funds will be returned to District 5610 if not spent by April 1, 2021.
Modifications or Extensions (of up to 30 days) may be requested in writing,if needed.
