It is a come and go as you want event, but we have broken it into 2 sessions so that everyone doesn't come at one time. If you cannot go to one session or have kids in both grade groups, you are welcome to come to whichever sessions fits your schedule better. There is no cost, but we ask you to please register by Wednesday, March 22nd, so we can be sure to have enough supplies on hand and can staff accordingly.
No time to fix dinner? Pre-order a Chick Fil A Meal! $5 includes your choice of a chicken sandwich or 8 count chicken nuggets, chips, and a soda, Capri Sun, or bottled water. You don't have to pay in advance, but must pre-order. We will not have extra CFA available to sell if you did not pre-order.. You can pick up and pay for your meal between 6 and 7:30 pm at the concession stand. We will also have soda, nachos, popcorn, and candy for sale in the concession stand. And the Kona Ice truck will be there too! We cannot accept credit cards or checks. Cash only please.

We love to have older students volunteer and they will receive community service hours to fulfill requirements for BETA Club, TN Scholars, etc. We will also provide dinner to volunteers working the entire event at a station, concessions, or check in.
