Thank you for your interest in joining a group of brothers and sisters in Christ on a retreat this summer. This event is open to incoming, current, and graduating MBAs (partners are welcome). Our prayer is that this retreat will anchor you in your faith and identity in Christ.
The goals of the Anchor Retreat are to foster fellowship between believers within and across MBA programs, equip students to share the gospel on campus, and to be learn from prominent Christian business leaders how to live in integration of faith, vocation, and life. The retreat will start on Wednesday, August 3 and end on the morning of Sunday, August 6 (attendees will arrive on Wednesday evening at their convenience, retreat programming will formally start on Thursday at 9 AM, and we’ll finish at 11 AM on Sunday).
Planned Activities:
- Fellowship; sharing meals, adventures, and how God has worked in our lives
- Outdoorsy stuff; hiking, swimming, adventuring
- Worship night(s)
- Equipping; tailored bible studies and teaching for our the life stages we’re in, whether that’s just starting our MBA or joining the workforce (e.g. how to engage with the current culture, how to love others well in business, etc.)
- Hearing from current students, alumni, and Christian leaders in business
We’re incredibly excited for how God will be moving across these campuses this year. Note that InterVarsity will be providing a limited number of partial scholarships for students who would not otherwise be able to attend. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to
