If you live outside of the United States, please use THIS FORM and send us a check to the address noted on the form.

IF YOU ARE PAYING VIA PAYPAL ACCOUNT, PLEASE MAKE SURE THE INFORMATION THAT YOU ENTER HERE ON THE MEMBERSHIP FORM (EMAIL, NAME, ETC) IS THE SAME AS ON THE PAYPAL ACCOUNT SO THAT WE CAN IDENTIFY YOUR PAYMENT AND PROPERLY PROCESS YOUR MEMBERSHIP. IF THE INFORMATION/CREDENTIALS ON THE PAYPAL ACCOUNT OR CREDIT CARD THAT YOU USE TO PAY FOR YOUR MEMBERSHIP DOES NOT MATCH WHAT YOU ENTER HERE, IT WILL DELAY PROCESSING OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP.
