Reporting a Closed Field
Please use this form to report that your field has been closed for weather or other reasons.
If you are moving your games from one field to another field at the SAME LOCATION, a form does not need to be filed.
Remember that you must also inform the Games Commissioner that your field is closed. Notice must be sent no later than 8:00am for a Sunday game.
Please remind your coaches with home games on the field that is closed that they must timely inform their players and the opposing team that the field is closed and whether the game is to be rescheduled or moved to another field. Remember that all game reschedules must be approved by the league through the use of the appropriate online form.
