Before the recent camp season becomes a very small dot in the rearview mirror, the Project Real Job team would love to know the creative ways you removed barriers and supported staff for them to be able to work at camp in 2024.
We would love for you to share name, camp, and contact info as we will be pulling some of this together for future presentations (Staffing Summit, ACA National and Regional Conferences, etc), blog, toolkit and other opportunities TBD. We are working on resources that will make it possible for more potential staff to have access to the camp experience and may need to circle back to get more information on your ideas!
While we are mainly focusing on the overnight experience here, we welcome any thoughts around supporting staff in a day camp (or other setting) as well.
