The Synod Council is charged with nominating one or more persons for the office of Synod Secretary. That action was completed at the January 2017 Synod Council meeting. This form should be completed by individuals who are nominated from the floor of the 2017 Synod Assembly for the position of Synod Secretary. The form may be completed prior to the Assembly by persons who anticipate being nominated from the floor.

Note that a criminal background check is required of the person elected, if such was not completed prior to the Assembly.
