All Traders must provide:
- Public Liability Insurance
- Risk Assessment for trade stall and relevant activity
- Traders to list all goods being sold

.Caterers please provide :
- a sample menu with prices
- Trading registration with Local Authority and food hygiene rating
- Food Health and Safety Certificate

On receipt of the trader application form and all relevant documents, your booking will be confirmed in writing and payment must be made within 14 days of the booking confirmation.  Failure to provide payment may result in the trading site being re-let.  Payment should not be made until we have confirmed that we can offer you a trade space. You will receive email confirmation of  your payment.  If you haven’t had an email, within ten days of submission, please chase.
