Independent Artist Agreement

Thank you for your interest in having your music broadcast on Radio Sidewinder!

Before your content can be put on the station, we would ask you to digitally sign this agreement – essentially, it states:

• You grant Radio Sidewinder permission to use your content on our stream until you terminate this agreement;
• Radio Sidewinder cannot directly pay you performance royalties;
• We agree to publicize your content on our website, social media, and stream;
• You always own your content.

By releasing your Content to be performed on Radio Sidewinder, you also grant a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid up, license to Radio Sidewinder (hereafter referred to as “RS”) and to listeners and users of the RS stream or any other websites, apps and/or platforms to which the RS stream has been shared or embedded, to: use, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, make available and otherwise communicate to the public your Content.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Terms grants any rights to any other user with respect to any proprietary name, logo, trademark, or service mark uploaded by you as part of your Content (for example, album cover) (“Marks”), other than the right to reproduce, publicly display, make available and otherwise communicate to the public those Marks, automatically and without alteration, as part of the act of transmitting Content you have associated with those Marks.

The licenses granted in this agreement are granted separately with respect to each item of your Content that you agree to be broadcast by RS. Licenses with respect to audio Content, and any images or text associated with it, will terminate automatically when you notify RS to remove such Content from the RS stream.
