APPLE Schools' Interested Schools List
Is your school community interested in becoming an APPLE school? 

APPLE Schools currently provides all supports at no cost to school communities. As such, program supports expand only as more funding becomes available. At this time, we are not in a position to expand; however, should opportunities arise, please complete the below form to add your school community to our interested schools list. 

We will contact you if and when expansion opportunities become available for your region. 

Prerequisite for consideration

Your school community should have an established level of interest to enhance its health and wellness culture. There must be a sense of readiness to implement, evaluate, and celebrate comprehensive school health through the planned goals and actions that your staff, students, families, Elders and community members will develop.

APPLE Schools' implementation models

This form requires you to choose which implementation model you would want to explore in your school. APPLE Schools supports school communities through two models:

1. Full implementation model (APPLE school)
2. Ally implementation model (APPLE ally school)

Both models include ongoing mentorship from APPLE Schools staff, financial support, resources, and professional development. The main difference is that the full model includes three years of a paid, part-time, trained school health facilitator working directly with the school before the school transitions to a volunteer school health champion, and the ally model starts with a volunteer school health champion.
