Do you have a passion for programs and services that support young children and their families? Do you have ideas about what needs to change to better support young children and their families? Share your ideas and help make services better for your community!
The Colorado Department of Early Childhood (CDEC) Family Voice Council is a group of parents and guardians of young children birth through eight from across Colorado. The purpose of the council is to provide input in the design and delivery of early childhood programs and services that meet the needs of children and families in Colorado. Council members come together monthly to learn, provide input and ultimately improve services for children and families.
How will your feedback actually be heard and used?
At each meeting, staff from the Department of Early Childhood and other early childhood organizations and agencies will ask your opinion on important topics and issues, collect your feedback and then report back to you how your specific feedback is being used.
