You're invited to join your grandchild for lunch and a visit to the book fair on the week of September 8th -12th! We want to prepare as best we can for our visitors, so we ask you to complete this form if you plan to attend. (If you will be attending multiple days to visit different students, please fill out a separate RSVP for each day)

When you arrive you will enter through the gate in the car loop to pick up a visitor’s pass and then join us in the multi-purpose room for lunch before heading to the library to browse the book fair. We will be selling slices of Famulari's pizza for $2 a slice! Purchasing pizza is completely optional and you are still welcome to bring a special lunch or students can get a lunch from the cafeteria. (Adults will not be allowed to purchase their own lunch from the cafeteria due to time constraints and logistics). To ensure we order enough, we ask that you complete this RSVP by Friday, September 5th so we can make sure we have plenty for everyone. 

We will only accept cash or checks at the event and ask that you bring exact change or small bills if possible to keep everything moving smoothly.

Your student's teacher will reach out with their exact lunch time, but the grade level dates and timeslots are as follows:

Monday (9/8) – CD (10:40 AM), PIC (11:30 AM), LIAU (12:15 PM)

Tuesday (9/9) – Kindergarten (11:10 AM - 11:45 AM)

Wednesday (9/10) – 1st Grade (11:30 AM - 12:05 PM)

Thursday (9/11)– 2nd Grade (12:15 PM - 12:55 PM) & 3rd Grade (12:00 PM - 12:30 PM)

Friday (9/12) – 4th Grade (12:20 PM -1:00 PM) & 5th Grade (10:50 AM - 11:20 AM)

¡Le invitamos a almorzar con su nieto y visitar la feria del libro durante la semana del 8 al 12 de septiembre! Queremos prepararnos lo mejor posible para recibir a nuestros visitantes, por lo que le pedimos que complete este formulario si tiene previsto asistir. (Si va a asistir varios días para visitar a diferentes alumnos, complete un formulario de confirmación de asistencia por separado para cada día).

Cuando lleguen, entrarán por la puerta del bucle para carros para recoger un pase de visitante y luego se unirán a nosotros en la sala multiusos para almorzar antes de dirigirse a la biblioteca para echar un vistazo a la feria del libro. ¡Venderemos porciones de pizza Famulari a $2 la porción! La compra de pizza es opcional y puede traer su propio almuerzo especial o los alumnos pueden comprar el almuerzo en la cafetería. (Los adultos no podrán comprar su almuerzo en la cafetería debido a limitaciones de tiempo y logística). Para asegurarnos de pedir suficiente, le pedimos que complete esta confirmación de asistencia antes del viernes 5 de septiembre para que podamos asegurarnos de que haya suficiente para todos.

Solo aceptaremos efectivo o cheques en el evento y le pedimos que traiga el cambio exacto o billetes pequeños, si es posible, para que todo se desarrolle sin problemas.

El maestro del alumno le comunicará la hora exacta del almuerzo, pero las fechas y horarios para cada grado son los siguientes:
