_WHO SHOULD ATTEND? Young active Catholics from 18 to 30 years old
_WHEN TO APPLY? applications deadline: 24 JULY 2019
_WILL THERE BE A CANDIDATE SELECTION? Unfortunately, yes – because of a limited number
of participants (60), the selection will be made
_PARTICIPATION FEE, ACCOMMODATION AND FOOD?
Participation fee is 100€ - It includes: accommodation, food (breakfast and lunch) and materials.
_WHAT IS F+LEADERSHIP SS'19?
Forum Plus Leadership Summer School is a F+ International Institute project which aims to gather young Catholics from different countries to the University of Split (Croatia) where they will have diferent lectures, workshops and forums about leadership, management, design process and development of their own projects that are inspired by the Social teaching of the Catholic Church.
7 day program will bring four main goals: EDUCATION , NETWORKING, MENTORING and INITIATIVE
_WHAT DO I LEARN? We'll help you with everything you need to take you from the idea to running your own project. This program will teach you and give you basic knowledge about your personal development as a christian Leader. We will help you with developing your social project/business model through basic knowledge in branding and marketing, business strategy, fund raising, financials, and much more. All these elements in development process will be followed by basic education in Social teaching of the Catholic Church through the DOCAT book ( Social teaching of the Catholich Church for the youth).
_WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM PARTICIPANTS?
- to be highly motivated active young Catholics who want to contribute to society in relation to the social teaching of the Church
- to actively participate in all lectures, forums and workshops
_BESIDE THE OFFICIAL PROGRAM, WHAT WILL I GET? Many new experiences, international Catholic friends, enjoying the beauties of the city of Split, beaches, culture, entertainment...
_PROGRAM AND PROCESS?
- methods: workshops, lectures, panel discussions, forums and project presentations
- Development models: brainstorming, SWOT analysis, Business canvas model
- Manuals, handbooks and literature for developing process and methods:
DOCAT - Social Doctrine of the Church, Business Model Generation and The Lean Startup: How Today's Entrepreneurs
Use Continuous Innovation to Create Radically Successful Businesses
_WHAT DO I NEED FOR MY WORK? Please it is possible bring your laptop as some of the work will do on computer. If it is not possible for you to bring laptop it is not problem.
All other materials will be provided by the organizerin printed form.
