Integrity Oklahoma Move In Checklist

As indicated in your rental contract, you are responsible for filling out this move in checklist within seven days of your move in. This will ensure you are not charged for any problems that may have existed at the property before your lease.

Please use as much detail as possible when describing issues. If there are no issues, please indicate none. Pictures and/or videos of issues can be sent to lauren@integrityoklahoma.com.
