Healthy Habits is a five-week workshop that focuses on specific and tangible strategies to cultivate and strengthen your mental health. Healthy Habits is for every student, even if you have never struggled with your mental health. The program is proactive in nature and places a heavy emphasis on practicing simple tools that you can use in your every day life to strengthen your own mental health. In the past, students who have gone through a similar program have decreased their anxiety and increased their resilience, hope, and self-efficacy.
Each week you will meet with the same small group led by the same facilitator, and groups will most likely consist of no more than 12 people.
