Join us for our March local section meeting featuring a lecture by Dr. Kathleen Holley and Trey Seastrunk. The evening will include a social hour, dinner, and a talk: "Playing with Fire: Chemistry and Physics of Fireworks"

Parking lot: 1504 W Mulberry St, Denton, TX 76201 (Lot 7 and 9, event parking permit REQUIRED--will be emailed to email addresses used in registration

Directions: From Southeast: Go northwest on 35E, Exit 467, Turn right onto S Bonnie Brae St, Turn right on Hickory St, Turn Right onto Avenue C, Parking lot 9 and 7 will be on your left and right, respectively, after you cross Mulberry St.
From Southwest: Travel northeast on 35W, Take exit 84, Turn left onto S Bonnie Brae St, Turn right on Hickory St, Turn Right onto Avenue C, Parking lot 9 and 7 will be on your left and right, respectively, after you cross Mulberry St.

Ticket Price: $20 per person (online price), $22 per person (at the door price). (Note: EVERYONE MUST RSVP!)
**Students will receive a discounted ticket price of $10 online ($12 at the door).**
**Please note that you are financially responsible for reservations made but not used.**

Social hour:
Light appetizers--Snack trays of fruit, cheese, and vegetables, and non-alcoholic beverages (soda, water)
Dinner:
Meat option: Rudy's BBQ Buffet. Includes meat (brisket, sausage, and turkey) and sides (cream corn, new potatoes, and coleslaw).
Vegetarian option: On the Border Veggie Enchilada Casserole Meal (Casserole: layers of white corn tortillas, black beans, sauteed vegetables, queso, tomatillo sauce, roasted poblano & onion, and mixed cheese), includes salad and chips & salsa
All meals include iced tea and choice of dessert (peach cobbler or assorted lemon/brownie/blondie dessert bars)

Payment by credit card will be available online in advance, but ONLY cash or check will be accepted at the door. An invoice will be emailed to you to allow you to pay online with your credit card. (Note: Invoice will likely not be sent until Mar. 21.)
