Yes, it is a tenure-track position in chemistry at a university in the US/Canada (matsci/engineering positions NOT ACCEPTED) FULL TIME IS NOT TENURE-TRACK.

It is a teaching assistant/associate professorship at a university OR a community college professorship WITH tenure. It is NOT a research-oriented position. It must be in the US/Canada with a clear path to promotion and renewability at, or beyond, three years. In order to be posted, both of these conditions need to be met in the text of the advertisement. It is NOT a visiting assistant professorship.
