Long Term Transportation Request
Children may be transported to and/or from an address other than home (e.g. day care provider) if the parent or guardian completes a Long Term Transportation Request.

All forms must be submitted by June 1st for the following school year.  

Requests must be made on a yearly basis and approval/denial is based on current district routes and transportation numbers.

We are only able to provide transport 5 days a week to one location.  The location must be a district address and meet the requirements outline on the Transportation website below.
