West Powelton Village Fall Fling - Vendor Space Request

The West Powelton Village Fall Fling will be happening Saturday, September 14th, 2024, from 10 am to 4 pm

Thank for your interest in being a vendor at our West Powelton Village Fall Fling. As space is limited, we will do our best to accommodate as many vendors as possible. Please note that because this is the first year of our event, VENDOR SPACES ARE AVAILABLE FREE OF CHARGE. 

Terms and Conditions for Vendor Participants:

  • All participants must commit to vending for at least 4 hours.
  • Following Philadelphia’s License and Inspections guidelines for street festivals, food may only be sold by licensed vendors and authorized/permitted entities.
  • The following must be displayed clearly: pricing for items being sold; refunds, returns and exchange policies.
  • Tables should be no longer than 8 feet; items too large for a table must be placed beside the table. (Example: clothing racks and bicycles.)  You may also opt to fill your space with shelves or other display equipment, instead of a table.
  • Not acceptable: blankets and sheets spread out on the ground for displaying items.
Commercial vendors will be assigned a space on the south side of Powelton Avenue between 42nd and Sloan St. Confirmation of your exact location will be sent out in advance of the event.
