Thank you for your interest in Quilts, Rughooking and Stitching @ the Cathedral. We’re excited to host this event at the Anglican Cathedral in St. John’s and delighted to welcome you. Please fill out the form below to register your quilt, rug or stitching in the festival.
Quilters: You are able to register up to three large/full-size quilts and three additional smaller pieces such as wall hangings or table runners. You will need to fill out Section 2 information for each item you are putting in the show.
Rughookers: You are able to register up to three rugs. You will need to fill out Section 3 information for each item you are putting in the show.
Stitchers: You are able to register up to three pieces. We have tables to display the work so keep that in mind when selecting work for display. If you would like your work on an easel, you must provide the easel. You will need to fill out Section 4 information for each piece you are putting in the show.
Your items can be dropped off at the Anglican Cathedral between 6:30 pm and 8 pm on Thursday, October 22nd. The entrance is along Gower Street and we will meet you there. Please bring your work in a clear plastic bag or container which will be stored under the pew and used again when you come to pick it up. All work must be labelled with your name and phone number.
Display finishes at 5 pm on Saturday, October 26. At that time, everyone will be asked to leave the building. The cathedral will reopen at 6 pm for pick up of work and collection of items sold during the show.
If someone other than the owner of the pieces is designated to pick up items on Saturday, this must be recorded at registration on Thursday to ensure the safety of everyone's work.
There is opportunity to offer your pieces for sale. Please note that there will be a 10% administration fee applied to facilitate a transaction.
