Request for Little Falcons Preschool Enrollment 
Please complete and submit the following information to be considered for enrollment in Hillsdale Local Schools' Little Falcons Preschool program. 
  • Applicants must be a resident of the Hillsdale Local School District.
  • Applicants must be at least 3-years-old by August 1 for the year they are applying for.
  • Applicants must be potty trained prior to the beginning of the school year unless identified with special needs through the multi-factored evaluation process.
Families will be contacted once a determination has been made whether enrollment is approved.
