JLY Youth Advisory Board

Just Like You Films is a Mid-American Emmy award winning woman run non-for-profit film production company creating powerful tools in the fight against bullying.  Our mission is to raise a global generation of kids, who because of their knowledge and understanding, are more empathetic and compassionate people. We are creating a kinder and more compassionate world through the power of film. We envision a world where everyone is accepted regardless of their diverse ability or unique challenge. Our films educate the local and global community on how to communicate about difficult subjects.  These films are a resource for teachers, community leaders, therapists, law enforcement, and parents. Just Like You Films captures real life stories that teach children and adults how we are all more alike than we are different.

We encourage the participation of youth volunteers who support our mission and are willing to contribute. The information provided though this form will be kept confidential. The JLY YAB is designed for students in high school. If you are not in this age range, please reach out for a different volunteer opportunity.
