Silent Bargaining Representative - Sign-up
The FSU is able to include 30 members (in addition to our core bargaining team) at each negotiation session. These additional team members (silent bargaining representatives) - while silent during negotiations - caucus with our team and play an important role of bringing member perspectives to the bargaining team in real time on the proposals passed at the table and the negotiation process. Interested members can sign up to attend negotiation sessions below. Please note that all negotiation sessions will be in-person.
