Looking for teachers and youth workers to join a long-term Erasmus+ learning project, “Values Under Pressure: Youth Work Responses,” aimed at strengthening European values through daily work with young people.
🌱 Focus: The project explores how European values and principles (human dignity, freedom, equality, respect, tolerance, justice, solidarity, etc.) are challenged in today’s societies – and how youth workers and educators can respond by strengthening these values in a meaningful, practical, and non-formal way.
✨ We are now opening the application procedure for the A2 mobility seminar.
🔎 Project flow at a glance

🟢 May 2026: Preparation phase with small research tasks, reflection homeworks, and getting ready for the international learning process.

✈️ 23–31 May 2026 | 🇪🇸 SPAIN: Training course focused on European values under pressure and on exploring many concrete, “copy-pastable” non-formal learning methods to promote values with young people and deal with challenging situations.

🔄 June–September 2026: Local follow-up phase with testing methods in daily youth work and organising activities with young people.

🇱🇻 10–18 October 2026 | Latvia: Seminar and networking activity to share experiences, gain additional tools, deepen learning as facilitators of non-formal education, and develop cooperation ideas.
🚀 After October 2026: Dissemination of results, further follow-up activities, and continued use of tools and approaches in youth work practice.

Who can apply:
- Teachers, social workers, youth workers, peer-leaders, youth organization/club activists, scout leaders, educators, community leaders, etc.
- Working with young people (13-30 years old; not children!!!) in schools and/or in non-formal education (paid workers or volunteers) on regular basis (at least once a week)
- Are interested in the subject of European Values and see how to include it in work with youth
- Are committed to the full learning process, including preparing
- Are ready to apply learning locally by organizing follow-up activities
- Will contribute to sharing project results through social media
- Good communication skills in English
- 18+
