The Colorado Disability Funding Committee (CDFC) reserves Colorado license plate configurations to later sell to raise funds for disability application assistance and for new and innovative ideas to improve quality of life and independence for people with disabilities. CDFC has the discretion to sell the plates they have reserved at any time, if you are interested in the committee including a configuration in a sale please fill out the form below and staff will respond to you. Please note, requesting a license plate configuration using this form does not guarantee CDFC can or will put the configuration up for sale.
