Doors close at 7 pm. You will be denied entry if you arrive after 7 pm.

On the day of the event, the waitlist will be given seats that are not claimed.
A student ID or government-issued ID is required for entry. The name on the ID must match the name on the RSVP form. This will be strictly enforced. Government-issued ID is required for those not affiliated with UCSC. Non-UCSC student IDs will not be accepted.
College Republicans at UCSC are committed to creating a safe, entertaining, and informative experience for all attendees. In order to provide an environment where everyone can enjoy the event, College Republicans at UCSC have agreed to some rules for the evening.
Rules and Prohibited Behaviors:
No signs inside the event that blocks participant view of the speaker
No flash photography, endless by approved photographers.
No noisemakers of any kind inside the event.
No overnight camping on campus, we know housing is expansive, but people.
Attendees are subject to bag checks before entry
The following is prohibited per the UCSC Major Events Policy:
Metal pipes; Baseball or softball bats; Lengths of lumber or wood (any size); Wooden dowels; Poles; Bricks; Rocks; Glass bottles; Metal beverage or food cans or containers; Pepper or bear spray (OC spray); Mace; Knives or daggers; Firearms; Shields; Axes, ax handles, or hatchets; Ice picks; Razor blades; Tasers; Eggs; Improvised explosive devices (IEDs); Spray cans; Fireworks; Dynamite; U-lock bike locks; Heavy-gauge chain; Dogs (except for service dogs); Skateboards; Balloons; Torches, lanterns or other devices that use fire or fuel
THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EJECTION:
Engaging in any physical or violent acts that may physically harm, endanger, or threaten
Damage, destruction, vandalism or theft of any property
Possession of weapons of any kind Illegal disruption of the event and non-peaceful protesting
ANY INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPATING IN THIS BEHAVIOR INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE VENUE WILL BE IMMEDIATELY REMOVED FROM THE VENUE SITE. IF LAW IS VIOLATED, THE OFFENDER MAY BE ARRESTED.
