* All Tuition is offered as a one year agreement and for this reason no exit points will be allowed during the year, however the first 3 months are a probational period.
* Students will receive one lesson per week & Classes will start & stop according to the school term calendar in your area. One school term consist of 3 months & there are four school terms in one calendar year.
* Should a student start during the course of the year and not from the beginning, the classes (Enrolment agreement) will end the same month the following year.
* The duration of each Class, as stipulated, will start at an agreed upon time. (Remember - if you are late you loose lesson time.)
* Classes not attended will be charged for.
* Lessons cancelled by the School will be rescheduled.
* Property where lessons are held and content thereof are to be respected, and should damages arise, the student/ parent (guardian) will be held liable for costs incurred.
* Parents are allowed to sit in and watch one class at the beginning of the month only. Any friends accompanying the student will be asked to wait outside, as they would be a distraction during the lesson.
* Students are required to have a playable Instrument in order to practice. (facility and Instruments available for hire from the music school)
* There are no Classes on school & public holidays.
* A three month probation period will be allowed for students to assess whether or not they would like to continue with the course, after which the full term of the agreement will come into effect.
* Video & Photographic footage inclusive of the student may be used from time to time for advertising/promotional Campaigns. Student/Parent Guardian hereby gives consent.

* Lessons are charged per year as the course will be offered over a period of 12 months & are payable in a once off payment or 1 payment per School Term or 1 payment per month. (Refer to prices below) note that the school is closed during Government School holidays and therefore if the month end falls over this period be sure to make prior arrangements for the payment of your Classes/Tuition.
* Please note that fees are payable strictly in advance, at the beginning of each term or month (depending on the chosen method of payment) and no later than the 2nd of each month or term. A Penalty for late payment will be implemented by the School, at a cost of R 100.00
* Payment can be made via Internet Transfer, Cash Or Standing Debit order, which goes off at the 1st of each month to the "Progressive Music, Dance & Art School" account.
* Our fees are subject to change/increase on a yearly basis in January of every year.

There are three different payment options for "Private" and "Group" classes.
"Private" classes are one on one, student and teacher.
"Group" classes have two students in a class. (Ideal for beginner students that are siblings or friends) This would require two separate enrolment applications, one for each student.
