Registration Process:
Step 1 -  Fill out the registration form below.

Step 2 - Pay deposit equal to first night of housing...the nightly rate * number of rooms.

Housing is first come first serve based on when your deposit payment is submitted. Deposits may be paid starting on Tuesday, Sept. 8th at 12:00 pm (noon).

You can pay for your housing deposit on the Beach Reach website below: (BSM Groups Must use the first payment option on the payements page).

Week 2 Housing Options:
Housing prices are for one room for 6 Nights. The deposit is the cost of the first night for all rooms.

    Bridge Church Bunkhouse - $90 per person - ($15 deposit per person) - (30 guys, 30 girls)
Holiday Inn – $996 - ($166 deposit per room) – Sleeps 4 (30 Rooms Available)
    Best Western - $798 - ($133 deposit per room) - Sleeps 4 (20 Rooms Available)
    Suites at Sunchase - $1,059 - ($177 deposit per room) – Sleeps 6 (25 Rooms Available)
    Comfort Suites - $1,134 - ($189 deposit per room) - Sleeps 6 (20 Rooms Available)
    Margaritaville - $786 - ($131 deposit per room) – Sleeps 4 (20 Rooms Available)
