2019 Utah Asian Festival Booth Registration
Welcome to the 2019 Utah Asian Festival! Thank you for your interest in participating at the festival on Saturday, June 15th, at the Mountain America Expo Center. To be a part of the festival you must fill out the following form.

To guarantee your booth reservation, a FULL payment to Utah Asian Festival MUST be received within 10 DAYS of application submission. *We reserve the right to make last minute booth changes as necessary.

*Food vendors are required to attend a mandatory orientation to go over Health Department guidelines as scheduled. *Height restriction- There is a height restriction of no more than 3 feet above your table or 6 feet off the ground. Floor banners taller than 6 feet obstruct view of center stage and may not be displayed in booths along the aisle. If you have a canopy or a tall banner you want to display, you will need to register for for a wall booth as there are no height restriction for booths along the wall.
If you selected a Food/Cultural booth, please list the food menu items to be sold.

What are the dimensions of your display banners or canopy? How tall is it off the ground and how wide? *
To avoid obstructing view of center stage, display banners cannot be more than 3 feet above the table or 6 feet off the ground. If the booth committee feels that your banner obstructs view of other patrons, you will be asked to take them down. A canopy is not allowed to be used in booths along the aisle. If you would like to use these items, consider a wall booth instead as there are no height restrictions for wall booths.
