It doesn't matter if you are a CEO, a construction worker, or somewhere in between, when you bring a pizza from Fat Zach's to the table everyone comes together!  

We will be a positive influence on our community, known for our support, generosity, and involvement. We are committed to cultivating an atmosphere where growth is encouraged and supported all the while focusing on being better before bigger. 


OUR STORY
Fat Zach's Pizza was established in 2018 but the story of Fat Zach's Pizza dates back to the 90's.  In high school, Fat Zach's owner, Zach Johns, played football. Sometimes the nights before games he would eat an entire roasted chicken.  Quickly Zach realized that he played incredibly well in each games following his consumption of the chicken.  Zach, who lived and breathed football, knew that this ritual had to continue.  Each season, he would consume a roasted chicken the night before each game.  Before long, Zach garnered the nickname "Fat Zach", given to him by his teammates.  

Fast forward to 2014, the desire to bring Fat Zach's Pizza to life became something he could no longer ignore. After building a pizza oven in his backyard and tirelessly testing too many dough recipes to count, Fat Zach's Pizza was born.   The last step was to pick the perfect company name, and once again, more than twenty years later, "Fat Zach'" was the perfect pick!  

Fat Zach's Pizza went from being a football nickname, to a backyard dream, to a wood-fired pizza reality!  Winner, Winner, Chicken (and some pizza) Dinner!
