If you are registering more than one child, please indicate which child will attend which camp.
I will not hold Party in the Art Room or any associated persons or entities liable for injury or loss of property.
Do we need to understand anything about your child in order to best meet their needs? This info will be kept confidential. We are trained to work with a range of needs and abilities. (Examples: special needs, shyness, needs frequent restroom breaks, food allergies, etc.) Put NONE if there is nothing to share.
Please acknowledge your understanding and support of the following statement: Camp instruction will follow the methodology of the Party in the Art Room school which was developed by Amanda Koonlaba, Ed.S. This means that students will be encouraged to use their own creative processes and thinking to create their work and work produced will reflect the child. Additionally, artwork will be created with paper-based materials. Students AND parents are expected to maintain the highest level of respectful behavior. This includes interaction with other people and with the artwork.

You may pay half of the art camp fee now to hold your spots. You must pay half of every camp registered for at this time. You will receive an invoice for the remaining half the last week of May. Students cannot he dropped off early or picked up late.
We will have to be very strict about this because instructors have their own children to pick up and there are other classes taking place where instructors will be unable to watch children who are early or late.
Behavior expectations are high.
As stated in the acknowledgment above, students and parents should remain respectful at all times. We do not allow hateful criticisms of the work of the students, the instruction, or of the children in general. We expect everyone to be kind and say things that are helpful not hurtful. If a parent has a concern, we encourage them to reach out to Amanda Koonlaba as soon as possible. She will work with parents toward a resolution as swiftly as possible. However, for the protection of the children, we request this be done privately and not within ear shot of the students.
