MONDAYS: Kripalu Yoga - Register for Flow and Restore (6:15-7:30pm) - This class is designed to cultivate mindfulness, integrate breath and movement, and help you achieve balance for the body and mind. Flow and Restore is a calming yet stimulating yoga class with a mix of active flowing sequences and more passive restorative release. Poses are held for a longer period of time allowing students to find their edge and soften into restful relaxation. Pranayama and meditation is also weaved into the class. Props are used as tools to become more aware of the body and listen to its feedback. This class is for all levels.***Bolsters, blocks, straps and blankets are props used to help you feel supported in your practice. (We have these props at the studio)
