You can submit the information by copy/pasting and or typing the information in the below box. If there are additional files need for your submission ie. pictures and images then please indicate in the text entry box with your submission that there will be pictures that need to be included and I will email you promptly to get those form you.

Submissions for the Bulletin/eBlast are due by Monday night of every week if you want them to be included in
that weeks publications. Submissions for the Newsletter must be in by the 20th of every month.
