Transcript Request
A SEPARATE form must be submitted for each transcript request. All fees must be cleared before the transcript will be processed.

CURRENT students are permitted 5 Official Transcripts per semester FREE of charge.

ALUMNI PAYMENT must be received prior to issuing of the Transcript. Each Official Transcript is $7 and may be paid online through the YHS Webstore. Google Chrome must be used for this process. BEGINNING AUGUST 1, 2018 ALUMNI TRANSCRIPTS WILL ONLY BE MAILED. NO PICKUP AVAILABLE.

If you are not a CURRENT YHS student and you are requesting your transcript to be sent to an address not affiliated with education or other institution, you will need to upload a copy of your ID (driver's license or other government/state/educational ID).
