Під час цієї онлайн-події ми обговоримо прогресивні житлові політики та рішення, які впроваджуються у містах Німеччини та Швейцарії. Ми звернемо увагу саме на досвід цих країн, адже муніципалітети Лейпцига та Цюриха активно співпрацюють з Вінницею, у якій пройде цьогорічний Український урбаністичний форум 2023. Крім цього, ми обговоримо австрійську модель доступного житла та рішення, які можуть бути корисні для українських міст.

⭐️ Фелікс Фольгман, містопланувальник та співвласник Bürogemeinschaft Gauly & Volgmann (Лейпциг). Фелікс розповість про те, як створювати жваві та інклюзивні райони та як інструмент контрактів для міського розвитку використовується у Німеччині.
⭐️ Ларс Карбе, директор з питань реконструкції, OneUkraine (Берлін). Ларс розповість про роль міст у впровадженні прогресивних житлових політик.
⭐️ Дженіфер Дуйн, виконавча директорка ETH Wohnforum (Цюрих); Дженіфер зверне увагу на переваги та складнощі у розвитку кооперативного руху.
⭐️ Джонатан Кішкель, колишній президент житлового кооперативу Cooperative Kalkbreite (Цюрих). Джонатан поділиться досвідом організації роботи житлових кооперативів, а також розповість про взаємодію муніципалітетів і кооперативів.
⭐️ Назар Коваленко, Інститут розвитку міст (Вінниця). Назар розповість про досвід Вінниці у житловій політиці та втіленні програми програми доступного житла.

During this online event, we will discuss progressive housing policies and solutions implemented in cities in Germany and Switzerland. We will focus on the experience of these countries because the municipalities of Leipzig and Zurich are actively cooperating with Vinnytsia, which will host this year's Ukrainian Urban Forum 2023. In addition, we will discuss the Austrian model of affordable housing and solutions that may be useful for Ukrainian cities.
