EXHIBITOR FOR FIAF CONGRESS 2024
Exhibitor information’s:
  • Exhibitor spaces are available on the fifth floor of the main buildings at the Thai Film Archive, where coffee breaks and lunches will be served.
  • Please note that the number of positions is limited.
  • After filling the form, the Thai Film Archive (Public Organization) will contact you via the given email.
  • After confirmation, the Thai Film Archive will issue the official invoice. The payment must be completed before 21 March 2024.
  • Should successful vendors decide to withdraw from the trade show, a penalty equivalent to 80% of their booth rental charge will be imposed.
  • Exhibitors stand fee for FIAF Supporter is 1,200.00 USD, non-FIAF Supporter is 1,500.00 USD.
  • Each exhibitor delegates (up to 2 persons) can attend all Congress session except the General Assembly.
  • Each booth comes with:
    i. 1 unit newline table
    ii. 2 units chairs
    iii 1 power point
  • Free-standing banners bearing information about exhibitors’ products & services are allowed to be displayed within the booth areas.
  • Heavy structures are not allowed to be displayed within the booth areas.
  • The booth can be operated from 22 - 25 April 2024.
