Young Leaders for Indonesia (YLI) is a leadership development program initiated by McKinsey & Company in 2008. This is a fully funded program targeting high performing Indonesian students to enhance their leadership skills. The program supports the personal and professional development of these students to help them become valuable members of the workforce and the broader community. Participants in the program attend 3 leadership forums and conduct fieldwork projects over a period of 6 months. To date, we have been able to build a network of 900 young leaders in Indonesia.

We will conduct YLI Info Session to give prospective participants more detail information about our program. Please RSVP your attendance to the program in here.
