If you need AV equipment or technical support, please contact Media Services at media@princeton.edu at least ONE WEEK in advance of your event. PLEASE NOTE, If you are using the Den, Lounge or Taproom there is a wall box that allows you to interface with the TV and you can use the TV as a screen to play music through your computer, show a movie or a presentation. If you are using the Prospect Room there is a screen available but no projector. If you need a projector you will need to request it through Media Services.
Will food be served? *
Campus Club has a small catering kitchen for event use. The kitchen must be requested if you wish to store or prepare food of any kind prior to your event. No food may be left at Campus Club after an event. Please plan to meet your caterers when they are dropping off the food for your event. If the caterers are delivery equipment, please make sure that equipment is removed at the end of the event.

Building Services Request
All requests regarding room set-up or clean-up should be directed to Albert Chiarello of Building Services, achiarel@princeton.edu.

Setup includes furniture moving. Cleanup can include both cleaning and furniture resetting. If the spaces used are not cleaned after the program, your account will be charged. All requests regarding room set-up or clean-up should be made thru the online Event Support Services form (a link will be included in the email you receive confirming receipt of this form).

Please note, Campus Club may require that you arrange for a clean-up depending on the size/nature of your event.
